Google Showing ranking scores on adwords?

I was looking for something on Google (The Netherlands) and I saw a few strange things underneath a Go[ad]ogle Ad (for Google :-))
Underneath the ad there were 3 variables with data:
- Pscore: 0.00101
- mCPC: 10.0000
- thresh: 0.0001
I’ve tried to find out what these variables mean, but only mCPC looks familiar and must be [...]
